If you’re new to photography, or want to master the fundamental basics, our Intensive Beginners course is for you. This course will help you to understand your camera settings and stop using the Auto mode to create much better pictures. Our beginner photography course will help you to understand the basics of photography, light and rules of composition. Learn how to control your camera and capture the images you have always imagined. This course is a powerful combination of theory and practice to make you feel comfortable with your camera just in a half day. Led by experienced photographers, this course is a great way to kick-start your photographic journey, whether it’s a hobby or you’d like to become professional in the future.
You will learn:
Light - understanding the role, impact and importance of light in photography.
Exposure Triangle - understanding of ISO, shutter speed and aperture, how to combine them in order to get the best exposures and effects.
ISO, Shutter Speed and Aperture - the relationship between the 3 modes, how to achieve the best exposure combining them.
Camera Modes - understanding the use and differences of Manual, Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority, Program modes.
Focus - how to bring your subjects in focus and take sharp images
Depth of Field - understanding of the effect of subject and background separation.
Composition Rules - learn the rules of composition according to different situations and types of subjects.
File types - understand RAW vs JPEG and what is the best option for you.
Common Mistakes - how to improve your photography instantly avoiding the most common mistakes.
Cameras - in depth understanding the different types of cameras: DSLR, Mirrorless, Bridge and other cameras.
Lenses - understanding the focal length and use of lenses, choosing lenses for each type of photography.
Camera Maintenance and Care - how to protect the camera from the variety of damages in different types of environments.
Equipment Advise - how to choose the right camera and other photography equipment for your needs.
